March 2025. After 20 years it was time to trade in my 34 year Old club car DS for a new model. I looked at some of the imported options but decided to stick with club car even though it was more expensive. I purchased from Jeffrey Allen because of the excellent service they gave me over the years. in particular because of Bob, their service tech who is outstanding. Also, Jeff Hernandez, the sales manager was candid and helpful. I had a minor issue upon delivery. Bob was sent to my home as a priority and had it taken care of in minutes. I couldn’t be more happy and more positive about Jeffrey Allan and encourage anyone looking for a new ride to speak to Jeff and ask for Bob for Service

Been to a few cart places lookin for replacement batts. Ready to buy any reasonable set. First guy was rude and told me to take a look around and someone whould be with me soon. after5 min i left. 2nd place only had 1 and 2 year batteries. Offered 18 mo warranty and then told me they last 4-5 years. I told him they last 19months and he doesnt have to lie to close deals and karma is a real. Then i found Carl. He changed everything. Great service, knowledgeable, awesome! Stop taking applications and just clone some carls! Youre welcome...

Efficiently took care of my problem with my cart.

Bob Passarelli was amazing. He made a special trip next day from Tampa to Sarasota to fix our golf car for our renters. He was punctual, efficient, personable and just an all around helpful person. He asked what we were experiencing ahead of time and made sure he had the part he felt he would need to fix it on the van when he arrived the next am. Sure enough, his hunch was correct and he was able to fix our golf car within 10 minutes. It was the Motor Controller Output Regulator (MCOR) also known as the speed switch. Do yourself a favor, call Jeffrey Allen, ask for Bob.

I’ve broken down twice because of my stupidity and guess what each time the service manager sent someone out to fix the cart or tow the cart in for free making me feel like a valuable customer and even though they are very busy pleasing other customers there was not a day that he didn’t answer the phone personally to update me whether it was good news or bad news so thank you Jeffery Allen for hiring people like Mr Gary to represent you and your business

Anson the tech is awesome. Their cars are awesome. They don’t communicate as well as I like, but most businesses in south Florida don’t. I would buy another car from them any day versus anyone else in SW FL.
