We purchased our Club Car from Jeffrey Allen 14 years ago - ooff - it was time for some MAJOR refurbishment (Axle, Bearings, Steering and more....). I had done some DIY repairs over the years but realized the refurbishment was beyond my skill set. At the Service Dept., I met with Madisyn and the Service Manager. I was instantly reassured by their competence and professionalism. The service work came in under what I anticipated. Madisyn kept in constant contact while we wee on vacation via email and text at every stage. The transportation department was efficient and on-time. This was a very pleasant and positive experience knowing of the integrity and high degree of service we received

Just finished installing my 160ah lithium battery in my 2019 club car with a Navitas 5KW motor and controller. I needed 3 2GA cables for my motor to the controller and I went into Jeffrey Allen and met with the parts manager Carl Costanza who immediately helped me as soon as I walked in the door. He found the cables in the back and sent me on my way. He was very professional and easy to talk too. Highly recommend going to Carl if you need any golf cart parts.

I usually only contribute a review when someone is really good or really bad. I had Jeffery Allen install a lithium battery in my golf cart. They were excellent. Their pickup and delivery was prompt. The work they did was neat and complete. Madisyn communicates very well and was clearly knowledgeable about a couple of technical problems that they ran into. Their transportation department contacted me and returned the cart on the same day it was completed. They cost a bit more, but I was very impressed and satisfied.

We use Jeffrey Allen Inc for all of our golf cart repairs over here at The Links of Lake Bernadette. Bob is our service technician.
