In addition to the 5 star review I previously posted - I have to give ANOTHER 5 star review!
We just purchased a new Denago Rover XL and kept our old Club Car for multi-family use.
We expected honesty, integrity and professionalism and we got it. Thank you very much to Jeff Hernandez in the front office. Everything went smooth. And thanks also to Celso - the Transportation aspect - This guy is great and if you new the challenges he faced every day from customers you would probably not want his job!
THANKS again to not only Jeff Hernandez and Celso, but the whole team. This is why we keep coming back.

We purchased our Club Car from Jeffrey Allen 14 years ago - ooff - it was time for some MAJOR refurbishment (Axle, Bearings, Steering and more....). I had done some DIY repairs over the years but realized the refurbishment was beyond my skill set. At the Service Dept., I met with Madisyn and the Service Manager. I was instantly reassured by their competence and professionalism. The service work came in under what I anticipated. Madisyn kept in constant contact while we wee on vacation via email and text at every stage. The transportation department was efficient and on-time. This was a very pleasant and positive experience knowing of the integrity and high degree of service we received

I have been a customer of Jeffery Allen for over 15 years they provide service for our Club Car fleet for our golf course. They are one of the main reasons we continue to use club car for our golf cart fleet, because we know if we have any problems with our carts Jeffery Allen will be out fast and quickly repair carts to get them back up and running! Bob has been our technician for over 15 years and there is no one better! If you need cart repair look no further then Jeffery Allen you won’t be disappointed
I had to have some brake work done to my 2016 Club Car so I called Jeffrey Allen to get it in for service. The person on the phone suggested having their mobile service take care of it. I agreed and she told me that, within 24 hours, Bob would contact me to set up a time. A short while later Bob called and we got on the calendar. The day of the service, I received a call from Bob that he was running early. He was quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Our concerns with the cart were corrected and he was on his way. Once again, Jeffrey Allen provided professional service. I will continue to go back to them for any service or sales needs.
Best service department around. I went in expecting to leave my charger for repair or replacement, and instead, walked out in less than 45min with my old unit repaired. The service manager was very professional, understanding,courteous and knowledgeable. Your mechanic had a cart in various states of disassembly, but stopped to assist in the repair.
Could not have asked for better service.
Jeffrey Allen Inc. Tampa is absolutely the best. Ben, Jeffery, Mariah were all great. They answer the phone, they call to make sure you are informed. They go the extra mile to make sure you are getting what you want. They also give great service. Celso who delivered my new cart took the time to go over the details and answered all of my questions and did not hurry through the delivery. Great people, great service. Highly recommend them and have been connected to them since the year 2000 when we purchased our first new golf cart.

From start to finish, our experience with Jeffrey Allen Inc. – East Coast Division (Davie) was excellent. Dave, who assisted us, exceeded our expectations with his knowledge, professionalism, and attentiveness. He answered every question I had — both before and after the sale — and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Every step was handled with great timing and care: pre-sale, sale, and delivery. When it came time to receive the golf cart, Garret delivered it with a big smile. He was incredibly polite, informative, and thorough in showing us everything we needed to know. We also had an old golf cart that didn’t work, and we had no way to move it — they took care of that too, which was a huge relief!

If you're looking for top-notch customer service and a team that truly cares, I highly recommend Jeffrey Allen Inc. in Davie. They are a pleasure to work with!
Bought my golf cart from here. Easy, fast delivery transaction. I reccomend this place to all.
I have been dealing with the Davie location for some time now. For the most things have always been great.
Recently, they have started to require 50% down on all parts ordered. Okay, other companies do that from time to time. In this case, I ordered a body for a precedent. I wanted a dark gray that they had on an Onward in the showroom. Andre, the parts guy, said that was not available and went to the back and pulled a slightly lighter gray body part. I said that would work. He ordered the part, and after a couple of weeks and several calls, he responded. He sent a picture of what came in, and it was a silver, almost dove gray color. He agreed with it it wasn't the same color. He also stated that if it would work, he would refund my deposit. I agreed to the refund. I waited well over ten days, and the refund hit my bank but was 75 dollars short.
When I called Andre, he apologized and said it was within policy. I've made several attempts to resolve this matter. A guy named Shawn called and said he would address this and call me back. Still no call.
How do you charge a restocking fee in something I didn't get. The error was made by their staff, not me. I trusted the parts guy, who is great, and I understand mistakes are made.
But why in the world would you charge the customer for something they had no part in.
My recommendation is to use another dealer who has enough integrity left to do the honest thing.

Update:
To update the review, I wanted to share that after the original review was posted, I was contacted by 2 people from Jeffery Alan.
First was Shawn, manager for parts and service at the Davie location. The best he could do was to say, "Let me see what I can do, I'll call you back this afternoon." Never heard back from him.
I then reached out to the main office in Tampa and spoke with a very pleasant young lady who was kind enough to share my concerns with the appropriate person.
A couple of days later, I was contacted by a guy named Matt, vice president of service and parts. He seemed like the right guy. Nice enough and willing to understand and agree with my concerns. Offer to remedy the problem, not with the refund but instead with parts and / or accessories. This was on a Wednesday. He said he would arrange everything and get back to me, if not by Friday, Monday at the latest. Well, it's been over a month.
Integrity is something lost on these people.
If you're a big golf corse where money doesn't matter and you just don't watch things that close. Then these are the people for you. But if you're the average working family who still values honesty, Jeffery Allen Davie may not be who you want to do business with.
The people at Jeffrey Allen Inc. are the pinnacle of professionalism, from Andre Joseph parts Manager, Anthony Clapp GM, Carlos Roque VP of sales to Ben Sverdlow President to everyone In the sales department; they take care of you like you are family.

I Purchased a Windshield for my Golf Cart and delivery was fast and staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and they even speak Spanish! A special thank you to Wendy Nieves, she truly took her time to help me find the right parts to my golf cart and was very patient with me.
There's a very friendly atmosphere. Everyone has a smile on their face and is very welcoming.
