Payment Options
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards at all locations. Financing is available for qualified purchasers. Our sales staff will assist you with the financing process (visit our Financing section to pre-qualify).
Return Policy
A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number is required on all returns and must be accompanied with a copy of original invoice or bill of lading. All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge. No returns on special order parts or vehicle sales. No returns after 30 days of date of invoice. No claims for shortages allowed after 7 days of date of invoice.
Warranty
Jeffrey Allen Inc. stands behind what we sell. Our new and re-manufactured vehicles are backed by a factory warranty. (Used vehicles may or may not have a dealer warranty - see your sales representative for more information).
