I had to have some brake work done to my 2016 Club Car so I called Jeffrey Allen to get it in for service. The person on the phone suggested having their mobile service take care of it. I agreed and she told me that, within 24 hours, Bob would contact me to set up a time. A short while later Bob called and we got on the calendar. The day of the service, I received a call from Bob that he was running early. He was quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Our concerns with the cart were corrected and he was on his way. Once again, Jeffrey Allen provided professional service. I will continue to go back to them for any service or sales needs.

Best service department around. I went in expecting to leave my charger for repair or replacement, and instead, walked out in less than 45min with my old unit repaired. The service manager was very professional, understanding,courteous and knowledgeable. Your mechanic had a cart in various states of disassembly, but stopped to assist in the repair.
Could not have asked for better service.

They go the extra mile to make sure you are getting what you want. They also give great service. Celso who delivered my new cart took the time to go over the details and answered all of my questions and did not hurry through the delivery. Great people, great service. Highly recommend them and have been connected to them since the year 2000 when we purchased our first new golf cart.

Called and spoke with Mariah about a part for my 96 club car. I explained what I needed and gave her the part number on the part. She asked if she could call me back which she did in less than 20 minutes stating she spoke with the GM Anthony and they were able to cross reference the number I provided. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They also have a variety of beautiful carts for sale in the showroom.

March 2025. After 20 years it was time to trade in my 34 year Old club car DS for a new model. I looked at some of the imported options but decided to stick with club car even though it was more expensive. I purchased from Jeffrey Allen because of the excellent service they gave me over the years. in particular because of Bob, their service tech who is outstanding. Also, Jeff Hernandez, the sales manager was candid and helpful. I had a minor issue upon delivery. Bob was sent to my home as a priority and had it taken care of in minutes. Been to a few cart places lookin for replacement batts. Ready to buy any reasonable set. First guy was rude and told me to take a look around and someone whould be with me soon. after5 min i left. 2nd place only had 1 and 2 year batteries. Offered 18 mo warranty and then told me they last 4-5 years. I told him they last 19months and he doesnt have to lie to close deals and karma is a real. Then i found Carl. He changed everything. Great service, knowledgeable, awesome! Stop taking applications and just clone some carls! Youre welcome...
